There are several ways in which sessions can be accessed – via the Home page, Sessions page or your personal Profile page (“My Profile”).

1. Accessing the sessions via Home page

To access sessions on the homepage simply scroll down the page until you reach the Schedule area – each session is displayed in an accordion menu. Click any session in the accordion to expand its content revealing information such as the session type and general information. You also have two options available – View Session or Bookmark Session. The View Session button will take you directly to the session and the Bookmark Session button will bookmark the session on your account and your bookmarked sessions can be viewed on the calendar or on your personal profile page:

2. Accessing the sessions via Calendar (“Sessions” / “Séances”) Page

The calendar page gives you a detailed breakdown of which sessions are occurring on a particular day and time. You can view a session by clicking on the session title or bookmark a session by clicking on the bookmark icon.

3. Accessing the sessions via your Profile Page

If you are a Speaker or Registrant then you can view your sessions from your personal profile page:

When viewing a session you will be presented with a countdown to the time of the session along with a list of speakers. On the actual day of the event you will be presented with the opportunity to join the session and participate in the live zoom session with other members:
