Peter Jensen brings more than 20 years of senior management, production and development experience to his role asManaging Partner of Jensen Group, an Indigenous, family-owned digital media and design company.
A Mohawk from Tyendinaga, Peter has worked extensively with Indigenous communities as well as private, public and charity sector organizations across Canada since the 90s.
Early in his career, Peterenjoyed 10 successful years in the not-for-profit sector as a senior fundraiser, primarily in support of Indigenous youth. He has directed progressively successful,annual campaignsand has secured more than $40 million in sponsorships, endowments and gifts during his career.
He has a wide range of event management and television production experience. He has organized more than 40 large-scale events and producedmore than 400 minutes of broadcast television.
Prior to Jensen Group, Peteralso served as company director of a leading Canadian e-learning and online training organization specializing in health and performance support.
In his current role at Jensen Group, Peter oversees day-to-day operations, corporate strategic direction and a range of client services including video and animation production.
Founded in 2012, Jensen Group continues to work with all sectors of the economy however a growing body of work resides in Indigenous community and association-driven initiatives related to health and wellness.
